The Handover Ceremony of the Director of Changhua、Yuanlin、Lukang、Beidou、Hemei、Xihu、Tianzhong and Fangyuan Precinct was held on February 9. The ceremony was grand and numerous guests of honor were invited. Magistrate Wang encouraged all police officers of CHPD to work together under the leadership of the Director-General Chang for a better Changhua.

1. The new Chief Secretary of CHPD is Cheng, Chun-Pin, whose previous position was the Director of 2^nd Precinct, CCPD.
2. The new Chief Inspector of CHPD is Hsieh, Hsi-Chao, whose previous position was the Chief Inspector of HLPD.
3. The new Director of Changhua Precinct is Chang, Ming-Sheng, whose previous position was the Director of Toufen Precinct, MPD.
4. The new Director of Yuanlin Precinct is Yeh, Wen-Chi, whose previous position was the Director of Hemei Precinct, CHPD.
5. The new Director of Lukang Precinct is Lin, Ying-Huang, whose previous position was the Director of Sinpu Precinct, HCHPD.
6. The new Director of Beidou Precinct is Wu, Yung-Chieh, whose previous position was the Director of Zhushan Precinct, NCPD.
7. The new Director of Hemei Precinct is Liao, Chih-Ming, whose previous position was the Huwei Director of Precinct, YLHPD.
8. The new Director of Xihu Precinct is Huang, Jen-Chien, whose previous position was the Director of Jiji Precinct, NCPD.
9. The new Director of Tianzhong Precinct is Chien, Lung-Hung, whose previous position was the Director of Fonglin Precinct, HLPD.
10. The new Director of Fangyuan Precinct is Hung, Chiu-Hsien, whose previous position was the Director of Xinyi Precinct, NCPD.
