Due to the Police Day holiday on June 15, 2026, the ChangHua County Police Department (CHPD) and its precincts will suspend over-the-counter application and issuance services for Police Criminal Record Certificates (PCRC). Applications may still be submitted through the online application system during the suspension period. Please note that processing times will be extended accordingly. Applicants are advised to apply in advance if the certificate is required by a specific date.
