To avoid the risk of infection from group activities, the Director-General of CHPD, Fang, Yeang-Ning went out of his way to send roses, popcorns and cards to all the female colleagues of CHPD this year. Roses symbolize women’s strength and beauty, and popcorns can bring the joy. Fang encouraged all colleagues of CHPD to face the challenges with a relaxed mood.
