Central Taiwan Wan-an No. 45 Air Raid Drill will take place from 1:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. on July 26, 2022. CHPD made English version and Vietnamese version propaganda videos to let foreigners and foreign workers in Changhua County understand the control instructions. CHPD disseminated propaganda videos with mass social media, cyber social media, video walls and community security forums to enhance foreigners’ participation and familiarity in the drill.
