The Director of Taiwan Waste Recycle Association, Sung, Chun-Ming donated 3,800 duty bags to Changhua Neighborhood Watch to carry the gears like flashlight and traffic baton during the duty. The donation ceremony was held at CHPD by Magistrate Wang, Hui-Mei on May 5th, and Wang recognized and appreciated his support to police officers and the Neighborhood Watch with action.
