The speed limit of the 139 County Highway has been lowered from 50 km/hr to 40 km/hr since October 21.

The Director-General of CHPD, Hsu, Hsi-Jung said the main purpose of lowering speed limit is to implement the traffic safety, hoping this measure will educate citizens to obey the rules and prevent traffic accidents.
