Changhua County 2024 Joint Civil-Military Air-Raid Exercise (NO.47 Wan An Exercise) will take place from 1:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. on July 22. The transmission and issuance of air defense warning, pedestrians and cars evacuation, traffic control, and other necessary controls will be implemented during this exercise. From 2 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (following the air defense alert is lifted), there will be the wartime rescue and establishment exercise for establishing civilian shelters.

During the exercise, citizens who violate Article 21 of Civil Defense Act and Article 12 of The Implementing Regulation on Air-raid Practice will be fined between NT$30,000 and NT$150,000 by Article 25 of Civil Defense Act. Please adhere to the control instructions and be cooperative.
