The Handover Ceremony of the Director-General of Changhua County Police Department
The Director-General of Changhua County Police Department, Wu, Kun-Hsu, has promoted to Director-General of Taoyuan Police Department. The new Director-General of CHPD is Chang, Kuo-Hsiung, whose previous position was the Deputy Director-General of New Taipei City Police Department. The Handover Ceremony was held on Jan. 16th, 2023, hosted by the Magistrate Wang, Hui-Mei, and supervised by Chen, Po-Chen, Assistant Director-General of National Police Agency. The ceremony was grand and numerous guests of honor were invited.
Mr. Wu had been the Director-General of CHPD since August, 2021. While in charge, he had maintained a friendly relationship with Changhua County Government, various authorities, and public opinion representatives. Under Mr. Wu’s extraordinary leadership along with the effort of CHPD team, the security of citizens in Changhua County is well-protected. Magistrate Wang expressed her high praise on Mr. Wu’s great performance and blessed his promotion.
The new Director-General of CHPD, Chang, Kuo-Hsiung, was graduated from the 49th annual graduate of Central Police University. Mr. Chang had been the Director of Luzhou Precinct, Xinzhuang Precinct, New Taipei City Police Department, the Director of Administrative Division, National Police Agency, the Director-General of Kinmen County Police Department, the Chief Inspector of New Taipei City Police Department, and the Deputy Director-General, New Taipei City Police Department. No matter what position, Mr. Chang can always fulfill his duty successfully. Magistrate Wang encouraged Mr. Chang to continue in promoting all kinds of police tasks and leading the whole CHPD to work well together in the future.
